Rathbones are a wealth management firm with offices across the UK. Their office lease was due to expire and Rathbones used this as the perfect opportunity to relocate their Edinburgh office to 10 George Street.
The brief was to create a high quality modern office space with an emphasis on client meeting and entertainment space since many of the staff worked from home. The building was partially occupied at the time, with other fit-outs ongoing which presented challenges to the sequences of working.
Due to the success of this project, Rathbones have recently commissioned Torridon to look at various other UK office locations with a view of creating similar high quality spaces.
